Exploring Members, Clients and Their Vessels

The MARINA MATE system records assorted information about Yacht Club Members, Marina Clients, and their Vessels. Pretty well everything needed to identify the boats, contact and billing information, the vehicles parked at the marina or club and historic revenue totals. For new Marina Mate users, if existing member or client properties are available to spreadsheet, with little formatting, most of it could be loaded directly into the system using the Series 5 importing utility. Likewise, for analysis or reporting with third party applications, selected properties can be exported to spreadsheet.
Some of the Properties Associated to Members:
  • Name, spouse/partner name, children's names
  • Contact phones and emails
  • Emergency contact and phone
  • Membership code and type, and if a member of the executive board
  • Date and time membership application received and their Moorage Seniority
  • Key Fob, Door Key and Locker Codes
  • Model, year and color of up to two automobiles
  • Privacy preferences.
  • A photo

  • Name
  • Contact phones and emails
  • Emergency contact and phone
  • Customer code and type

Some of the Properties of Vessels:
  • Name, registration, hull VIN, MMSI-# and type
  • Manufacturer, model and year
  • Proof of registration and ownership
  • LOA, beam, height, draft, color and fuel-type
  • Shore power preferred
  • Insurance information - Company, renewal date, copy on file flag
  • Coast Guard Marine Safety Inspection details
  • Names and contract information of up to three owners
  • Photo, and a 2nd photo of the boat while out of the water in a sling
