- Record reservations up to 14 months in advance
- Moorage assignment can be assigned in advance of arrival
- Booking fees and moorage deposits may be billed when reservations are made
- Record moorage preferences associated to the boat's moorage needs and owner wishes
- Guests visits are flagged as Reserved, Arriving, Checked-In, Pre-Paid, Checked-Out and Vacated
- Moorage related charges are generated automatically based on vessel size, power and length of stay
- Other user defined charges can also be recorded and invoiced
- Invoice for moorage either at check-in or when checking out
- Separate reciprocal visitor rates may be assigned where applicable

- Thankyou for visiting emails may be sent to guests following their departure
- On the day of arrival, send emails to all guests having a reservation, asking to confirm their visit and provide an ETA

- Current and future moorage assignment is displayed on a table made up of rows of dates and columns of slip codes
- Guest visit properties may be loaded from spreadsheet or tab-delimited files
